Location not far from the central otago railway line bike path as well as the restaurant. Also, adjacent to Rail Trail making it an ideal overnight stop.

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The beautiful setting and cozy, classic atmosphere made me feel like I was somewhere truly special. The private lounge was a lovely spot to relax, with sunlight streaming in through the windows. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was AMAZING! I was thrilled to find that the hotel offered free wifi, which is not always common in other hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. The extensive menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the food was top-notch. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the hotel was kept wonderfully warm. The beds even had electric blankets, providing extra coziness. The Rustic Room where I stayed had a skylight, allowing for stargazing from the comfort of the bed. The continental breakfast was fantastic, with hearty bread, a good range of cereals, locally made honey, fruit, yogurts. this hotel provided exceptional value, and I am eager to come back for another stay.

Fairly clean, old-fashioned hotel, I greatly enjoyed large rooms and amicable staff. The venue had a remote position so close to the South Island. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making equipment.

A Tennis Court Like No Other: At this charming country hotel, I found myself on a court that embodies both grace and adventure. Swinging my racket, I felt like a seasoned pro, only missing an audience cheering me on. An exhilarating match, right in the heart of Waipiata!

We truly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel. This venue was located in a remote area adjacent to restaurant, the desert, and the South Island. Furthermore, right off the bike trail. The room was airy and fairly quiet with good quality beds and Netflix, as for instance and the overall experience was awesome! The breakfast offered a huge variety of exceptional meals.

The room was super cozy and had an amazing heater that kept us warm even when it was freezing outside. The shower was refreshing and the soap smelled incredible. The bed was like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast options were jaw-droppingly generous and the quality was top-notch. The staff were beyond friendly and went out of their way to help us. And don't even get me started on the mind-blowing meal we had at the restaurant!

The Perfect Stop for the Night: After a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding area, I found myself at a charming country hotel. The morning fog lifted just in time, revealing a picturesque terrace and garden. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the electric kettle in my double room was a much-appreciated touch.
